Our history
Founders
Los Santiaguinos is the result of the dedication and craftsmanship of Vanessa and Cristian, a couple who have been serving heartfelt breakfasts in the center of Madrid for over 14 years.
Our story is that of a family committed to keeping the traditional flavor alive, with a way of working that respects the essence of the churros industry.
We don't use machines here: our porras and churros are made by hand, just as they've always been, with patience, expert hands, and just the right amount of traditional craftsmanship. That's what sets us apart, and what our customers notice from the first bite.
Our establishments are a place where you'll feel at home: the smell of hot chocolate, the crunch of the first churro, the friendly service... everything is designed to make breakfast with us feel like having breakfast in your own kitchen, but without the washing up.
